happening, and connect with interesting people nearby. It works
because of the people who participate (and the people who don’t).
Some things to keep in mind:
Be Friendly - Friendly happy people are more fun to talk to than
sourpusses, so be friendly. If someone asks a question, answer them as
if they were a friend. Give people the benefit of the doubt and they
will do the same for you.
Be Respectful - We won’t always agree, but that doesn’t give us the
right to be rude or disparaging. Treat people with dignity and
consider their point of view, especially when it differs from your
own.
Be Authentic - The world is filled with places to be someone you’re
not, this isn’t one of them. We value authenticity and honesty. When
you open up about your passions, your desires, your fears, your
questions -- you can forge real connections with others.
